  My visite was very impressive from start to finish especially starting with Oscar who took the time and explained much about the RV that caught my interest. The finace department was also helpful explaining certain perks and allowed time to go over information that may have been confusing or misunderstood. Great team and looking foward with completing our unfinish business. Thanks guys and continue your great customer service.

  We have a new-to-us Super C RV. We needed to replace the old couch with theater seating. We found the perfect set at Camping World in New Braunfels. 2 pieces were in-stock and the third "would be here in a few days." Unfortunately, the third piece didn't arrive and we were headed on a major trip. Lydia at CW made special arrangements for us to "borrow" one for the trip. Unfortunately, when the third piece finally arrived, it was broken. The manager JP had us keep the broken unit and worked to get us a new one, even-though the set was out of stock Nationwide. Several months later, everything is back in stock and we have a matching set. A lot of places would have buried us with excuses and had us keep the broken piece, not these folks! Many thanks to JP and Lydia for the extra effort to get it all sorted out!

  We had purchased a Drv fifth wheel from Camping world new Braunfels, Texas. We traveled from South Florida to to new Braunfels, Texas to pick it up we asked to have her bearing serviced. The pre-trip was fine upon leaving the dealership 500 miles into the way home in Mississippi. We noticed oil Soaked rim. They failed to put a seal ring on the oil cap resulting in dry bearings on the axle a nightmare on Martin Luther King weekend for me and my wife. We went to Biloxi Mississippi, Camping world, as instructed they had no clue how to repair or fix a morryde suspension oiling system. It was left to myself to forage parts and limp home to Florida where I’m having to do the repair myself all for a $.60 O-ring Not put in left me with a 4 1/2 day nightmare. The service department said send me the bill and we will consider paying for the parts no guarantee after spending $110,000 cash at the dealership Had they done the repair properly or the maintenance? I would’ve had a clean no issue trip back to Florida. At the minimum they should pay for the oil the repair cap the bearings and races to repair the axle. Thank you Ronald Meelheim Mims, Florida.
