    It really feels like the very second I bought my camper and the sale was final, I could literally die right there in the store and no one would have noticed. Its very strange how fast they usher you out the door

    Walk in on a rainy day this past Sunday after a camping trip, realizing we need to upgrade. Talk to Chris about what are needs are, he was more than happy to drive us around the yard to look at travel trailers. Talk about customer service willing to walk around in the rain for a possibility of getting a sell, now that is some dedication. Had to come back on Monday to view pusher rv due to some Texas law . At the end of the day got a shocking better on our trade in and was able to make a deal to get us in what we needed to fit our family needs.

    I have had nothing but problems with my camper since I bought my awning still leak and still have other issues they have not fixed. And I think when I took it in to get something fixed something else came out wrong. I think one of your guys cut my awning. Kind of sad when you take something in to get fixed and something else is wrong when you get it out never buy anything from these people again if I were you, I would go somewhere else. Do not buy anything from these people you take it in for service and something else is wrong when you get it out because of your service people probably screwed it up. These people suck. I just know these people hate me, but I would appreciate your service when I do service when I’m done with it, it comes out working properly. These people suck. Your service guys suck. And honestly, I think I will take it somewhere else to get it fixed. I don’t trust these people cause if I take it in something else is gonna go wrong with it. They don’t know how to fix anything right whether I have warranty or not I don’t care. I will not bringing anything to these people or service because if I go and take it in whenever I get it back something else is gonna be wrong with it because I know these people hate me and I don’t really care. My family serves this country military, and this is how you treat me treat us.

    I had a very frustrating experience with Camping World, specifically working with Todd. I initially reached out because our RV slide was stuck open, and I made it clear we only had a 4-week window in the area. I was told the issue would be handled quickly, and we even had insurance coverage to support the repair. The first issue was lack of follow-through. After the onsite technician (who was excellent) diagnosed the problem and said parts would be ordered immediately, we heard nothing for days. When we followed up in person, we were told no order had been placed due to an issue contacting insurance. Given our timeline, I offered to pay out of pocket, and Todd assured me the order would be placed. Another week passed with no communication. When I called again, I was told the parts order was incomplete. The attempted fix failed, leading to a second diagnosis (motor instead of controller), restarting the entire process. Again, there was no proactive communication, and I had to repeatedly chase updates while our departure date approached. When I finally tried to cancel due to delays, I was told I couldn’t and would be charged anyway—despite no resolution and parts not even fully delivered. I had never signed any agreement authorizing this. Once I pointed that out, the tone suddenly shifted, and I was told everything would be completed before we left but I needed to sign paperwork, after the fact. Paperwork committing me to pay for anything not covered by insurance, whether or not resolution was made. As expected, the repair was not completed. The “correct” part arrived faulty, and the issue remained unresolved. A part that my insurance and I were being charged for despite being faulty!! After Todd repeatedly called me to tell me he needed my signature to have the bill covered by my insurance, I called my insurance and found out that they already provided payment!! Todd was just trying to make me legally obligated to pay the remaining $285 for incorrect diagnostics, a faulty part, and unsuccessful repairs!!! Absolutely ridiculous. When I raised concerns, Todd responded by blaming me and ultimately threatened to involve local police. No accountability, no apology, and no resolution. To be clear, I never did sign but I paid. Todd threatened me into payment. I paid, for incorrect diagnosis and a faulty part. I still have an issue to figure out when I get home. In summary: poor communication, incorrect diagnoses, lack of transparency on terms, and unprofessional customer handling. I would not trust this location for timely or reliable service.
