  We were on our way to AZ out car broke down. I purchased an alternator for the store. Just began leaving the store on the way to the mechanic shop when our car stalled in the middle of the street. DEANA comes out of the store began helping me & my daugther pushed the car to the side. Among other things that she did helping us i'll have to say she went way beyond the call of duty helping us. Just an awesome individual. I have not seen business owners act the way she did. Whatever I say is not enough & will not do justice. I came to TX to pick up my daughter & not familiar with anything & receive the help that I did was surely welcomed. Thank you DEANA may God continue to have you blessed. 04249-957050-260330-3

  I always receive exceptional service at this location. From the friendly greetings to the upbeat atmosphere, it’s clear the team enjoys what they do. I especially appreciate the positive energy and great music! A huge thank you to the store manager, Keanu, and the fantastic team Deana, Ricky, Robert, Meghan, and Laura for making this my favorite place to shop. Keep up the amazing work. Five stars for the vibes alone! Teamwork makes the dream work is definitely the motto here.👍

  Absolutely excellent service! I don’t know a lot about cars and Keanu talked me through everything I needed. He even helped me install my new wiper blades on my car. Super informative excellent customer service 10 out of 10.

  Not sure what has changed here, but the vibe is totally different here. Many times before I would walk in and never greeted or asked if I could use some help. I came in for wiper blades and didnt know the size on my wife’s car. Everyone was too busy to assist or even acknowledge I was there. I finally left and went next door to ORileys. I’m not a fan of ORileys but they helped and even installed them. Today I went in with my son’s car and when I walked in I saw as greeted and asked if I needed help. Right away Keanu grabbed a machine and said he’d check the battery. He checked the battery and it was past its life. He helped me get the correct battery and explained all my options. He even installed it for me. Customer service is key. There are several places to buy car batteries, but the help and not feeling rushed and explained everything will make me come back again. Love the current customer service and overall attitude. This has made me a AutoZone customer for life. Truly appropriate it.
