Went there to get a hole in my tire fixed a couple weeks back, the lady took over 20 minutes to even speak to me when there were 3 people in there, myself included, one was already seated, I was patient. They finish, tell me nothing, say it’s 20 dollars, no receipt, they only take cash, I leave with my tires 5 psi over the recommended for my vehicle, thinking all is fixed, a week later, I thought it was just because the weather was starting to cool off, it’s the same issue, I come to modica bros a couple weeks later, turns out Gonzales and Tires plugged a hole that should have never been plugged, but patched, therefore I literally paid them to ruin my tire, I now am paying for an entire new tire due to the incompetence of Gonzales Tire & Suspension Nederland!!!
