They show to have every type of vehicle known to man on their site and at the enterprise call center. I literally wasted about a half a day reserving a car from the Nederland location only to find out they in fact did not have the car I reserved after careful research. Had to start all over and lost a day out of my life because of this unprofessional business. Thumbs down.

There is a problem with the tire on the car and I notified the pick up location. I listened to the manager call and speak to the kerrville manager and arrange for me to come and switch the car out. At 12:04 they told me to go to the location and if the door was locked to knock and he would be there to facilitate the change. I drove less than 3 miles in as many minutes only to find that there was no one there to help me. I waited for half an hour- called roadside assistance and received no help from the Kerrville branch. I am doing the work, figuring it out, and missing the event I drove across state for today. Way to honor your words. The Nederland branch wasted time asking me to google all of the locations instead of just reaching out initially. I am now stuck waiting “4-6 hours” for a solution that MAY BE CANCELLED according to roadside assistance.
