- CCClaireMay 20, 20221.0Excel Car Wash used to be an incredible place to get your car deep cleaned. This is the second time I've had a less than desirable experience with the services received. I paid to have the inside deep cleaned and vacuumed, in addition to polishing and cleaning the outside of the car. When I returned to pick the car up 3 hours later, the car was given to me as "ready." It had not been vacuumed, or if it had, the vacuum left behind a ton of debris. We talked with the manager (she was AWESOME) and she assured us she would send it through the process again. We returned a few hours later and it was still not done. The cupholders still had grit in them and it was clear they had not been wiped out. Again, we talked with the manager (again, she was AWESOME) and she sent it through again. It took 3 times (and all day), but eventually it they fixed it all. This is the second time in a row this has happened, so I'm not sure I'll be back.
