I went to Walmart first (who over the phone told me 15 mins then when I got there 5 mins after getting off the phone said an hour to two hours) , I called o Reillys who said they didnt have the right tools and then I called autozone, who saved the day. Jeffrey was very kind and quick to help me get back on the road and didnt make me feel stupid either which is always a plus when you're a girl who doesn't know much about cars, Or grew up being taught what to do especially when I dont live near any family members to help. Thank you so much Jeffrey!

Customer service is not there anymore, everyone hides from the customers like we are a walking pandemic. I left empty handed. Went down the street to oriellys on north street and Joshua was fantastic!
