The RF & LF tire pressure were completely off (51 on LF & 28 on RF), so the ride was slightly odd. But it was a miniscule ride difference, for the most part. No complains anywhere else. Both car and customer service was smooth and necessarily informational. GO PHILADELPHIA EAGLES!!!!

Came to return the car at 7:30, which is when they open but they didn’t open the doors until 7:40. Made me late both ways.

The location is excellent—right on a main road and conveniently next to a gas station, which makes refueling before returning the car very easy. The office is clean, and the staff are friendly and professional. They even gave me a ride to the Enterprise car rental lot, which I really appreciated. I also received a free upgrade, which was a nice bonus. The pickup and return process was smooth and hassle-free. I didn’t have any issues or complaints. Overall, highly recommended!
