- SCStacey CordovesDec 30, 20251.0I rent cars often. Whenever we have a car repair we always come to this location. I have never had a problem, until this time. I was rented a car that apparently was more than my insurance covered. I was not told that at the time of the rental. The person that picked me up and brought me to Enterprise actually told me in the parking lot "this is the size car your insurance has for you, would you like to just take this one?" I was fine with taking the car, gave them my credit card and was told I owed tax on the rental and that I would have a refundable deposit placed on my card. Unfortunately, none of the interaction was true. I ended up calling to see why my deposit wasn't refunded to find out the amount for the car I had wasn't fully covered by my insurance. I shouldn't have to call and find this out, I should have been told that to begin with. I should had the option of upgrading without it just being done for me. Just horrible business practice.

The RF & LF tire pressure were completely off (51 on LF & 28 on RF), so the ride was slightly odd. But it was a miniscule ride difference, for the most part. No complains anywhere else. Both car and customer service was smooth and necessarily informational. GO PHILADELPHIA EAGLES!!!!
