He is truly a gem of an employee and it is hard to find those these days. He is so pleasant and kind and helpful. Even when he is the only employee working the desk and there are a lot of people in the lobby, he is quick while still being personable to everyone. He has great time management and is able to prioritize well and make sure everyone is taking care of in a timely manner. He really does need a raise!! He is great!

Very much appreciated what she did for us and even though there are Enterprise locations closer to my home, we’ll use Erica’s store in the future!

- RERosezenia EvansFeb 7, 20261.0This particular location and this particular location only is the reason for a one star. 7035 Boulevard 26 N. Richland Hills 76180 in Texas. Poor customer service. I was the first customer that Erica greeted at the door at 7:30 AM which is when the doors opened and my scheduled pick up time. I was the only customer for about two minutes. Erica brushed me off to someone else and quickly helped others as they came in. I was the last person to leave after about four customers had come and gone. First in last out.Yes I am African American. I am not a fan of using that as a reason to be rejected and disrespected.. I hope that didn’t play a part of poor customer service twice in two months at the same location.
