    Insurance rexommnded; never again. Im driving home and out of no where this black part flaps off and thank goodness i was able to catch it. The actual windshield holder was broken and glued on top of windshield . They offer a lifetime gurantee, I see why now. My coworker noticed the glass is chipped and it was not installed properly and this is my moms car !! Im so disappointed and hope Im offered a full redund to let Lexus fix it for me because this is unacceptable. Im scared the windshield going to fall in on my mom at this point. If they didnt know how to do foreign cars tell me to go back to dealership!
