My i surance called with me and verified they could rent me a small suv while I wait on my claim to get worked out. Set an appt with me, and I show up the next day to the appt, to this guy claiming he just called me 5 min prior *he didnt* to tell me they dont have a vehicle. What a conplete waste of time, is should have gone somewhere else. After fighting him on it, they found some little tiny car I cant fir my fsmily in that I guess im forced to accept. I am irate and I si merely hope nobody wastes their time on this place. Going from a denali to a sentra is bs!!!!! And I didn't expect a denali like my vehicle but I WAS promised a small suv. This is wrong on so many levels. Crooked company. When doing claims, use the other one offered.

Called the morning of pick up to make sure a car was available at my scheduled pick up time and first was told they didn't have a reservation and then when they found it, I was told they didn't have any available cars until the next day. I even spoke to someone 3 days prior to confirm everything and even that wasn't good enough for them to actually guarantee I had a car supposedly.
