Jeremy was amazing! I came in and he was able to help me find exactly what I needed and even helped me get it switched out in my vehicle. This AutoZone has always gone above and beyond!

I visited AutoZone store on 3180 intending to purchase around $500 worth of brake equipment. While they had most of the parts in stock, the customer service experience was extremely disappointing. The Parts Sales Manager seemed overwhelmed, juggling a phone call in the middle of helping me, and a red-shirt sales associate made me repeat my vehicle information four times. When he claimed they didn’t have the part, I noticed it was right on the screen and had to tell him to scroll down—only to be met with attitude before he “suddenly” found it in stock.
At that point, I decided to leave. To make matters worse, the Store Manager was outside replacing a battery instead of managing the store and supporting his team. This location truly lacks leadership and professionalism. The disrespect I experienced, especially from the young associate, was unacceptable. If you don’t want to interact with customers, this is not the right job for you.
In contrast, I went down the road to AutoZone on HWY 146 and had the best parts-store experience of my life. The associate, a young man, treated me with respect, were attentive to my needs, and earned my trust—so much so that I spent nearly $700 with them in just two days. Kudos to Robert for his professionalism and customer service; he deserves recognition.
Store on 3180 could learn a lot from the one on 146. Until then, I recommend shopping elsewhere if you expect to be treated with respect.

I am a class A CDL truck driver, so I might buy a new alternator for my vehicle. Decided to stop up here after work to test the battery to make sure it does not have a dead cell, I was certain it didn’t because it cranks really good, it’s the alternator when they start acting weird they will surge, and when I came up here to go ahead and have them test it he said everything is working. Battery looks good and the alternator is charging. I’m like I’m sure it is, so I’ve already looked up the price online, but I told him to give me a price, they have them brand new from like $98 and cheaper
I went inside to get some WD-40 for all the electrical terminals and he told me the price for it is $260 ! LOL I have already looked it up and I will go to an honest place. That is not trying to pull something on someone. I feel they are a little discriminative, also trying to profile people,
Another real dumb thing he said it might be your starter , lol what am I doing,
There’s nothing wrong with that , that doesn’t make it surge at night and go dim, absolutely nothing to do with it, anyway make sure you know a little bit before you come up here, know how much stuff cost and how things work.
FYI i’m also a father and a grandpa !
