- DDDaniel4 days ago3.0I came in for an oil change, I purchased the recommended air filters. That is all good customer service. Where in my case the service has gone bad, there was a scent sprayed either into the cabin or the new filters. I should have been asked prior to the application. I would have declined because I am allergic to most air fresheners. I had to drive with my windows down and the car is now in the garage airing out. Next time I will know to tell the technician no scents in the car.

Had to go to my dealership to fix the unnecessary errors. I will never return. Upselling masquerading as ‘customer education’.

Skylar is an outstanding employee one to be proud of. He took me home and picked me up when they were done. He us truly an asset to your company. Outstanding job on the brakes also. Everyone must visit Grease Monkey their fantastic.

They were extremely nice and polite, offered to check our air and cabin filters, asked if we needed anything else. They were exceptionally well mannered and polite and professional. We highly recommend if you need any type of work or state inspection to visit this location for grease monkey

They figured out the complexity of servicing an old SL550, replacing two new batteries, and fixing some other maintenance repairs. Will have to drop by the Grease Monkey shop soon and see if they can clear the 🔧🔧 (double wrench) maintenance warning light.
