I had been coming to Grease Monkey for the past several years, not because they were good but bc there was always something that they messed up on my truck. This is the first time that I have had a good experience with them. I would suggest anyone going to Grease Monkey to ask for Logan if you want the job done right.

Not only was he friendly and knowledgeable, he took the time to answer all of my questions about cost and options because I was hearing a weird noise. He invited me in and assured me that it would take about 15 minutes and not more than an hour liek it did the last time I was there. He was awesome and even referred me to a good place for new tires. Thank you! They’ve earned my regular business. Bonus - my dog had a nail trim appt 2 doors over, so I was able to drop my car off, go take my dog over, and come back. The car was done before my dog’s nails. 🐶❤️

Phenomenal customer service, very clean establishment and they get everything done expeditiously. Service is always consistent and we have never once had an issue. Went in for a few services today and had the pleasure of having Alex help me out. He went above and beyond and did an excellent job all around. He’s awesome! I’m so glad to have found an affordable and reputable establishment with such kind people so close to home. 10/10 would recommend to a friend or family! Go to Grease Monkey!

Alex explained the reasons it may not have passed on 1st try and provided instructions for driving it a few miles before bringing it back for a re-test. I have come to Grease Monkey with both cars since moving to the area in 2021. I’ve never had a disappointing experience.
