After purchasing the battery, I had them install it. Unfortunately, the 2 associates who installed my battery were pretty young and obviously inexperienced. Mechanically, the battery was installed and works as intended, however, their lack of experience left me with a few “inconveniences”, one of which costed me money and took a bit of time out of my day to address. I went back up there and talked with a Manager who had another manager call me later as he was on lunch at the time, which he promptly did later that day. The manager was able to rectify the situation to my satisfaction which I appreciate. Mishaps happen, so I value having good customer service when they do.
