I stopped and got 2 quarts of oil but saw a valvoline across the street and thought I should double check. As soon as a pulled up a gentleman greeted me and told me they have 2 minutes to open and they got me in and double checked everything. Grease monkey in woodville forgot to put a gasket on the filter and I had lost all the oil. They replaced filter, gasket and refilled the oil, showed me my levels and told me to request a full refund from grease monkey. No charge for the help, I left in tears as I’m on my way to the emergency room and this kindness will not be forgotten. Thank you for keeping me safe and offering me help, I am so grateful for yall and will definitely come back in the future.
