They will definitely take advantage of the ones they can. Even after I called. No receipt given and said they had no cars of this model all day. I guess they were even to embarrassed to admit to it.

The store is back where it used to be, a new golden age if you will. Went in this morning right at 7 am and was out in like 6 or 7 minutes.

While there, I asked them to check my windshield wipers because I'd had problems with them, and it turns out they needed to be replaced. They also checked and replaced my AC filter (with my approval). Jonathan was my point person, and he did an excellent job explaining everything as well as asking for approval when they checked the AC filter and to update the windshield wipers.

They show your filters and don’t try and force you to replace like some other places. I don’t know, the seem to actually enjoy what they do.
