They did a great job checking everything to make sure my lights were all functioning properly. They were all smiling and showed that they took pride in their job and in wonderful customer service. Chase and Cory took care of me but not only them. There was another nice gentleman carrying on uplifting conversation at the other stall and as I was leaving, the gentleman in the pit said goodbye and have a nice day. I could barely even see him and the lady came out from the office walked over and said to have a nice day as well. Of course my two guys said thank you and have a great day too. Chase was very good about explaining what oil he recommended and Cory was great at explaining the hand gestures for checking the lights. I got stuck on the high beam/ blinker hand signal. lol. Needed a bit more explanation. What a great experience. Not wha I was expecting. Those people enjoy life and enjoy what they are doing. A great atmosphere! Job well done men and woman! Also the ma in the pit on my side Caleb. Did a great fast job! Every staff member was VERY Pleasant. Thank you for such great friendly service! Autumn Nichols

I needed my spare tire air pressure checked during my oil change, which was complicated however he did it and I feel safer now. I live in Kermit but will gladly drive 24 miles to do business with Monahans Valvoline
