I had a great experience at Quick Quack Car Wash. The staff was friendly, the service was fast, and my car came out looking spotless. I also appreciate how convenient and efficient the whole process is. Definitely worth it if you want a quick, quality wash!

Trying QQCW for a month. Staff is friendly and helpful. Car wash brushes to a decent job of removing dirt. Rinse needs to be longer, still have soap all around in spots. Blowers really need to be stronger! Lots of water drops ALL over. Hope you address the issues,otherwise this is my last month...

I’ve been a monthly member since this location opened, and unfortunately, today’s experience was really disappointing. After washing my car, I went to use the vacuums and found that all of them were inoperable.
When I asked an employee, I was told they hadn’t been working all day and was advised to try again tomorrow but she wasn’t even sure they would be fixed by then. There was no manager available to speak with, and no communication whatsoever to members that a service we pay for would be unavailable. Not even a sign was posted.
For a paid membership, I expect better communication and overall management. This situation could have definitely been handled much better.

Again, my membership was never canceled when I arrivedso why would I come if it was? That doesn’t make sense. Ive been a loyal customer for around 8 months now. When you guys opened.
Let’s be clear: your policy says if the membership is canceled, no wash. Mine was NOT canceled it’s still active. My payment was due that same day lol, and I’ve been a loyal customer for 8 months paying the highest plan.
I even explained I just got back in the country and my card was flagged for fraud, and I’d update the payment in the morning. Not asking for a handout just basic understanding. But instead, I’m denied a wash on the actual due date? That’s wild. 😆
At this point, I’ll just take my membership elsewhere. Since it’s still ACTIVE, go ahead and deactivate it on your end and stop trying to charge me for April.
Y’all really lost a loyal customer over something that could’ve been handled better. 🤷🏽♀️

Replying to owner: So, I’m confused because my membership was never canceled when I arrived, so why would I be denied a wash? Your policy says no wash if the membership is canceled, but mine is still active. It was due that same day!!! Not a few days, not next week next month that same day. Do yall take cash she didnt even give me options straight embarrassment. I pay the highest price for my membership. I should have still been treated better after eight months. This still doesn't make any sense, lol.
At this point, I’ll just take my business elsewhere. Since it’s clearly still active, go ahead and cancel it on your end. And please stop trying to charge me for April, especially when the issue happened the same day my bill was due. Smdh. With them greasy towels.
