Team was nice and courteous. They had everything ready for me. I needed a car and insurance paid for it. Pickup and dropoff were easy.

Had a rental booked through State Farm. Got picked up from Body Shop by District Manager who was very professional and pleasant. Employees that secured the rental were also nice. Issue was after return of vehicle, spoke to Branch Manager (believe her name was Brittany) regarding incorrect charges to our personal card. She assured me that she would speak with corporate and get back to me in 48 hours. No call back. Called location and left message for her 2 times in the following 10 days with no response. A simple call to let me know the status of the issue is all I was expecting. I would not rent from this location or Enterprise again.

Left without a car twice! I booked my rental in advance for an out-of-town business trip, and as I was getting into my Uber to pick up the car, I received a call from the location telling me there were no cars available. This is the second time this has happened.I travel frequently for work and have been renting with another company for the past five years. I decided to give Enterprise a try, but within the last few months I’ve already been left without a car twice. It should be Enterprise’s responsibility to notify customers well in advance or help arrange a vehicle at another nearby location. Instead, they call at the last minute, apologize, and leave me to figure out an alternative on my own. I can’t blame the service representatives. They were polite and professional, and the situation was clearly outside of their control. The responsibility falls on management and Enterprise to make things right and ensure customers aren’t stranded when they have confirmed reservations.
