  I would not rent from here again. They charge you even after you give the car back. I liked the Volvo they gave me. It was clean, I loved the car. But I did not like that even after I returned the car they charged me.

  Parker and Kai helped me a lot in getting the exact car I want. Last time, I did not have a good experience when I couldn't get an 8-seater car, but this time Kai and Parker made sure that the car I requested was available. The car had a smell when I received and upon talking with Parker, he immediately brought some spray and took care of it.

  Worst Experience I have had at an Enterprise in my life. Mind you I have been renting for over 10 years. The young lady saw me and another customer in line, we were never greeted. After her Manager comes back in he asks for her to help me and she met me at the counter with a nasty attitude . She was very short very rude and had terrible customer service. They have only been open for 2 hours. Greetings are important in customer service. A simple Good Morning we will be right with you would have worked. I wouldn’t recommend this location at all. I will be using the Sienna location.

  If I can give zero stars I would! I just left this location as I booked a vehicle with third row through Expedia and upon arrival I was advised I can only get vehicle if I have a credit card! None of this information was told to me before I arrived as the young white guy stated such info was on their website but I booked through Expedia and the guy stated such info wouldn’t be listed there so meaning I obviously didn’t know and advised the guy he can charge whatever on my debit card as I was pressed for time and have to be out of town in an hour. As he looked at me as if I was the problem. So he then suggested a Malibu which I told the guy I specifically needed a third row. As I relented because of time constraints another black guy comes in and stated we not going to rent to you when I wasn’t disrespectful to anyone and didn’t curse or make a huge scene as the only thing I stated is I deserve a great discount as this is definitely a inconvenience which was definitely true because of the difference in vehicle size I originally reserved. The customer service I received was horrendous today especially since I didn’t disrespect anyone but I was greatly disrespected and hope those two guys are not managers as they both stated because if they get a customer with the opposite of my temperament it would have definitely been some furniture moving. As managers work with customers but I know for a fact neither of them was a manager as I asked for a manager as my sister and her husband rent from this location frequently and know management personally and raved about the customer service which is why I came to this location but never again. The Avis/budget right down the street that is family owned helped me and treated me with more respect when it was last minute for me so I urge anyone to take their services to the Avis/budget location a few minutes away. Corporate I hope you read this message as I know I’m just one customer but this was highly unacceptable and I’m currently trying to figure out getting the vehicle size I need at another location while I will ultimately late for an important event which I am definitely irate about but I know things will work out.
