- AMArun MathewDec 27, 20251.0DO NOT USE THIS CARWASH! I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this Quick Quack Car Wash and strongly advise others to be cautious. After my recent wash, I was vacuuming my car on-site when I noticed fresh, circular scratch marks on the paint that were definitely not there before. I immediately filed a damage claim hoping they would make it right, but they later denied the claim and refused to take any responsibility for the damage their equipment caused to my vehicle. It is frustrating to pay for a service to clean your car only to end up with damage and zero support from management. I had membership for unlimited carwash. Definitely will be cancelling it and will not be returning.

I immediately returned to the attendant to report the near-miss. While she reiterated that any resulting incident would be considered the fault of the driver in front for not moving forward, that explanation offered little reassurance. The situation itself was entirely preventable, and responsibility—while important after the fact—does not replace the need for proactive safety. We had been long-time Bluewave customers and transitioned to Duck Duck Go a few months ago, not for cost savings, but for convenience. The absence of an exit sensor alone is not a deal-breaker; however, peace of mind should be inherent in routine, time-saving errands. When even simple tasks require heightened vigilance to avoid avoidable risks, it undermines the very efficiency and ease they are meant to provide.. One star ⭐, just that this incident was stressful; as my kids were in the car.
