- STSuguru TOct 22, 20251.0⭐️ I wish I could give -5 stars for this shop. I’m extremely disappointed with my experience here. I asked the shop to replace both quarter panels and perform a full color change from dark gray to Championship White. The manager initially said it would take 2–3 weeks, but the job dragged on for 2.5 months. Communication was terrible throughout the process. The manager rarely updated me and, as it turned out, they outsourced the work to an independent technician instead of doing it in-house. After waiting so long, I received my car with numerous defects, missing clips and bolts, rear window defroster not working, and a massive water leak in the trunk because it wasn’t sealed properly. I now have to take it to another shop just to fix their mistakes. The paint quality was awful — every panel had a different shade of white, and none matched the Championship White I paid for. The body panel alignment was also unacceptable, with large gaps between the fender and pillar. In the end, I had to go directly to the independent technician’s shop just to pick up my own vehicle. There was zero quality control and no accountability from the manager. ⚠️ Avoid this place for any kind of body work. You’ll save yourself a lot of frustration and disappointment.

We drove the car there in running condition and after 6 weeks and a lot of lies and excuses, they never even tried to program the module. And they did break the driver side inner door handle. After much frustration and giving up on these people we had to tow the car out of there because it was no longer in running condition. Next time man up and inform the customer you are incapable of the completing the work and to find a solution elsewhere. Please don't waste people's time.
