I pulled up at 5:20 PM for a Texas State Inspection. They close at 6 PM, so there were still 40 minutes left. I politely asked for service and was immediately turned away with no real explanation. Here’s where it gets crazy. I stayed nearby, and within minutes another customer came in asking for the SAME inspection. This woman, who was white, was immediately accepted and helped. I quietly walked up and literally overheard the employees agreeing to take her vehicle after they had just refused mine. Same service. Same time. Completely different treatment. At that point, I felt disrespected and honestly shocked. There was no consistency, no professionalism, and absolutely no effort to treat customers equally. You can’t tell one person “we can’t do it” and then turn around and do it for someone else minutes later. This was hands down the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. I even took photos because I couldn’t believe what I was seeing. Management seriously needs to investigate what’s going on at this location because this reflects badly on the entire brand. I will never come back, and I’m warning anyone reading this now: Save yourself the frustration and go somewhere else. Fair treatment shouldn’t depend on who walks through the door.
