  I’ve had my 5.0 for almost 2 years and the staff always takes care of my oil changes. In and out! Bianca is the best!!!! She always helps me out and guides me the best! Definitely recommend this location!

  Gotta say, my last oil change at another spot didn’t go as I hoped. This place did it by the books and I have to give Julio all the credit for being fast, on point and good at what he does. Thank you Julio for your service and support brother!

  Very reliable place for all of my car needs, i come here for all of my oil changes, etc. Elmer was very helpful and informative!

  Went in for an oil change, process was very quick and easy. Elmer was really thorough in explaining the services recommended for my car.

  Have lost confidence in this business. Basic communication is easy enough! Bought my tires here. Had a flat. Came in too late and the tire was not on hand! The young lady said, ‘I will pick it up in the morning, it will be here by 9am. It come in at noon. A guy tells me it wil b an hour to put it on. I say ‘I don’t have an hour. Give me my tire and I will put it on myself’. He doesn’t answer me and walks away. I drive to the other side and park. Waiting for my tire. Finally I go up to him and he literally does not respond to my question! A guy down below pulls the black tarp thing back says ‘They told us we would be the last on delivery so it’s not here’. I say ‘Well the other guy should have told me that. Dud me snaps at me nastily and repeats what he said never acknowledging What I said. A very simple “’ I apologize for that. He definitely should’ve communicated to you that the tire was not on the premises”. Instead of that, he snarls and snatches the tarp thing closed. I leave come back and he approaches my car telling me to exit my car. I ask is it here is it ready,…he doesn’t acknowledge that I’ve asked anything, just says get out the car! There is ZERO COMMUNICATION AND CUSTOMER SERVICE! Then I try talking to lil manager dude again and he tells me ‘We don’t know what’s going on , how can we tell you’! I couldn’t have less confidence in a business and I learned a serious lesson…GO TO DISCOUNT TIRES AND CALL IT DAY! These young folk today just have no professionalism and no customer service skills….but ALL of the attitude! Lesson learned! Then when I call their ‘consumer solutions’ 800 number you get a recording saying someone will be with you please hold, then the call disconnects! I called 5 times same thing…hang up! It starts at the TOP!
