He went above and beyond trying to find the best vehicle that fit my needs and he helped me check out as well when I brought the vehicle back. My children and I loved the vehicle and we will definitely rent a car from that Enterprise location again!!! I just hate I didn’t get his name.

I called few minutes ago asking for that email and deposit, the lady on the phone said they don’t send them while they have the order or whatever they call it open. What I supposed to do? I’ve been waiting for it and if I don’t call them they don’t take action. I’m pretty sure she hanged the phone (was totally silent and call cut off )when I questioned how I should proceed. Very unprofessional, these are the type of people requesting upstanding care. Basically if I don’t call them they don’t close the rental and return my deposit.

The female employee wasn't very helpful so I asked to speak to the manager. I was "transferred" but the line disconnected. I called back and spoke to the manager Jarrell. Jarrell assured me he would call me back after he checked on some things for me. Well, Jarrell never called. I called back after a few hours and l was told he wasn't there so I left a message for him to call me. Well Jarrell never called so I called back with 15 minutes before closing. I could hear the employees picking up the phone and putting my call back on hold until closing time at 6, at which time I was sent to a general voicemail.
