    This has to be one of the worst , unprofessional car rental places in existence . I have never been treated with the most disrespectful customer service . I came in for a rental that is being covered by my insurance company. The lady that assisted me refused to rent me a car because I did not want to provide my personal policy number with my insurance. Therefore I was told if I do not put coverage on the car I would not be able to get a car. On the website it clearly does not list providing your personal policy number to rent a car as a requirement. I have rented from Enterprise on various occasions and the one down the street tried to do the same thing and I kindly showed them their own policy . But of course here at this location after reading it directly from their own site they did not acknowledge this was not a requirement. I was told we can find you a ride back home and did not even try to find a resolution just pure refusal. I asked for a manager and was given a email which I gladly emailed her. She did not even tell me the branch ( assistant) was there. Obviously if I got a ride here to get a rental obviously I would still need a rental. I was basically forced to give up my personal insurance information to move forward. I feel violated and pissed off at the same time..it's the principal of the situation that gets me the most . Even the branch manager ( assist ) practically refused to give me a car until he hears back from regional. I am going to be contacting corporate because this is unacceptable customer service. I will never ever come back here again I will drive to Sugarland if I have to rather than come back here . Sorry for long review but if you can go elsewhere please do . I have already contacted customer service and was told someone would be with me asap and still no word. Please educate your staff on the policies because refusing to rent someone a vehicle that has a active insurance claim is idiotic .
