Hell on earth. I went there to pick up spark plugs and ignition coils, and they gave me the wrong spark plugs plus two used ignition coils. When confronted, they lied about it and refused to issue a refund. My mom, my mechanic, and I all went back and forth with them, and the experience was nothing short of unprofessional and chaotic.
Within an hour, we confirmed the coils were used. The district manager even promised a refund, only to go back on their word and argue with us instead. This was a fraudulent transaction and a complete waste of time.
I will never return to this location, and I strongly advise others to avoid it as well. I’m still waiting on my refund, and if I don’t receive it, I’ll make sure this story is shared across social media for everyone to see. The fact that I’m not the only one—other customers have faced similar or worse experiences—says everything.
Disgusting behavior, disgusting service. Absolutely pathetic.

Customer representative was rude when asked for help. Saying I should pickup the new battery I bought myself, because his grandpa who is 70 year old can pickup the battery with easy. I complained to the store manager, who's picture is in the post and he agreed with his coworker. I had to take the battery myself. The worker were very unprofessional.
