  What started as a great day quickly turned into a nightmare. The service advisor was kind enough to squeeze me in last minute before a long trip to take care of a recall on my F-150, which I really appreciated. However, I dropped off my truck with the trailer brake controller working perfectly, and when I picked it up, it was no longer functioning. While the advisor remained polite, it felt like the issue was dismissed instead of properly addressed. Now I’m stuck having to travel a long distance pulling my trailer without a working brake controller—something I made very clear was critical for my trip. Instead of leaving with peace of mind, I left in worse condition than when I arrived. Overall, I’m extremely disappointed with how this was handled. I expected better care and accountability, especially given the safety concern.

  Went and test drove a car but my wife was working and told them we’d be back in the afternoon. Dealership called an hour before we were supposed to arrive to ask if we were still going which I confirmed. Salesman had taken down my information and was going to run numbers and have them prepared plus information on a trade-in I was going to turn in. We get there and they’ve sold the car without the common courtesy of letting us know and not wasting our time. I’m not so upset that they sold the car although that was kind of underhanded, but I’m more upset they don’t have the decency of giving us a heads up and then the salesman that was there doesn’t even apologize or acknowledge their screw up.

  I have to say that I called from the parking lot and a female answered the phone with absolutely zero knowledge. these people have no knowledge of what's going on in there. First she told me that the price of a Ford truck would be higher this month because March sale was over and she told me that she didn't have any rangers and when I told her I was calling from the parking lot looking at the rangers she said well that is what my manager told me. People you are a salesperson you should be aware of what stock you have in stock.

  La peor experiencia en comprar una camioneta el vendedor FERNANDO VILLARREAL quedando en un precio se le ocurrio la idea de meterle garantias bed liner y tint sin explicarnos las cantidades hasta que revisamos los precios bien pero demaciado tarde el vendedor ya no dio la cara vino segun un gerenteby nos dijo en pocas palablras ya firmaste ya te chingaste si hiso mal el vendedor en no decirte y engañarte pero pues ni modo asi que abusados en esta agencia de carros SPIKES FORD MISSION T X te ponen cosa que no pides y luego te sicen que sorry no puedo haser nada

  No les recomiendo esta agencia, muy desepcionados, nos engañaron con el precio de la camioneta, anotando cargos y garantias de servicio que no pedimos y tampoco nos explicaron, nos atendio FERNANDO V , quien despues de lo que hizo y nosotros querer aclarar las cifras de dinero agregadas, no dio la cara, no contesto nuestras llamadas , despues de dias, nos atemdio el gerente, y que entendia el error del vendedor y que lo regañaria, y asi nos fregaron con la cantidad agregada al contrato . .NUEVAMENTE NO LES RECOMIENDO ESTA AGENCIA
