  I had an extremely disappointing and frustrating experience with Enterprise at the Mission location. The representative, Ruben, handled my situation very unprofessionally and left me stranded. I was renting through an insurance claim, and due to ongoing issues with poor communication and service, I became understandably frustrated. Ruben claimed that I raised my voice, and instead of trying to de-escalate or assist, he became upset and abruptly canceled my rental on the spot. He told me, “I am taking my car back and canceling your rental. Find yourself an Uber to take you home.” I repeatedly explained that I was not from the area and had no immediate transportation options, yet he showed no concern and left me outside in the heat without a vehicle. To make matters worse, he did not provide any documentation, ask for a signature, or give me a receipt confirming the cancellation. On top of that, he placed a restriction on my name for future insurance claim rentals, which feels completely unjustified given the situation. This level of customer service is unacceptable. There was no attempt to resolve the issue professionally, no empathy, and no regard for my safety or circumstances. I would strongly caution others about renting from this location.

  Pablo Campos nos dio muy buena atención al rentar un carro para viajar. Nos trató amablemente como si nos conociera. Y el carro enterito, limpio, y cómodo. Vamos a regresar aquí porque es el mejor lugar que hay para rentar carros. Estamos muy satisfechos con todo.

  Enterprise made the rental process easy and quick. My car was in the shop for several weeks so I rented the car and renewed it weekly. I especially appreciate the service I received from Humberto Tijerina in the Mission, Texas office. Even when the office was busy, he was always pleasant and explained everything to me. My future rentals will certainly be with Enterprise.
