- RGRachael GMar 23, 20261.0I was scheduled to view a Chevy Equinox and had a confirmed appointment at 3:30pm and the vehicle was not even on the lot. I was told after the fact that this sales rep was out sick. I received a call at noon to confirm my appointment a second time and none of this information was communicated at the time of the call. After arriving another vehicle was brought around for me to view, which I was not interested in. I was on a time crunch and mentioned that my application was as sent and I would be taking all additional documents to speed up the process but instead it was a waste of my time. The all around service was very unprofessional.
