Neither my husband nor myself are mechanical inclined and Matthew wheeled out a cart of tools and walked my husband through the steps and changed our spark plug! We insisted on giving him a tip but he told us it’s his job and he would hope people like him would help him out if he had an issue like that. He was so sweet!

Edit: The district manager had to step in and ended up taking GREAT care of us in getting this situation resolved.
