  Ran my car twice through the automated wash and it was still not clean. Also I accidentally left one of my floor mats on the cleaning station and the manager told me that it had already been thrown out after being in there lost and found for 2 days. I would not recommend them.

  If I could, I would give this place -10 stars.. It was AWFUL!!We took my truck to the Take 5 Carwash in Mineola, Tx yesterday. We had the WORST experience at that location. We paid for a $30 wash, only to not have the attendant scrub the front, windshield or back bumper before entering the carwash.. he came out pushed the button and went and sat down. We parked to clean the interior of my vehicle, only to see that the truck still had bugs all over the front. We then wanted to wash the floor mats, only to discover that the floor mat cleaner did not work either.. Sadly we wasted $30 to get a truck clean. It wasn’t a filthy dirty vehicle either.. We will never use this service again..

  No prewash prep at all. Car was still just as dirty when it came out as it was before. The employee should have stated that there would be no prewash service. Awful, Awful, Awful customer service. That's bad when people are spending their money. I wish I could give NO stars I certainly would. AWFUL AWFUL Service.

  The guys are great here, really friendly and take pride in their work. The car wash was stocked with towels and cleaners to use. The vacuums worked great and the restroom was clean.
