HIS PATIENCE AND HELPFUL DEMEANOR IS UNCOMMON THESE DAYS AT ANY CUSTOMER SERVICE ESTABLISHMENT. ESPECIALLY AT CLOSING TIME. MY HUSBAND AND I HAVE BEEN SHARING A VEHICLE FOR 2 WEEKS NOW AFTER REPLACING THE FAULTY ALTERNATOR. WE HAD TO REMOVE THE BRAND NEW ALTERNATOR AND HURRY OVER TO GET IT TESTED AND LOGAN WAS ESPECIALLY NICE AND HELPFUL WITHOUT ANY ATTITUDE WITH NO PROBLEM STAYING AFTER CLOSING. I GOT THE REPORT ON 2 ALTERNATORS AND 2 BATTERIES IN LESS THAN 15 MINUTES AND HE OFFERED TO HELP WITH THE STARTER I HAD AS WELL. WHAT A BLESSING. HE IS AN EMPLOYEE MOST BUSINESSES WOULD LOVE TO HAVE! I WILL CONTINUE TO COME TO AUTOZONE AS THIS IS THE REASON I CAME HERE INSTEAD OF THE OTHERS IN MINEOLA. THE SERVICE WAS EXCELLENT LAST TIME AS WELL. AWESOME JOB AUTOZONE!
