    No prewash prep at all. Car was still just as dirty when it came out as it was before. It’s no better than just spray it with a water hose and expecting it to be Clean.No rags or anything to use for extra cleaning. One if the worst car washes I've ever been to, I won’t be back. Definitely a waste of $18 dollars
