  Your car will NOT be thoroughly washed no matter which package you choose. I understand that a few missed spots can happen with any automated wash, but the back of my cars consistently comes out with large, visible dirty areas. I’ve asked the staff to ensure it’s clean before entering the wash it’s like they ignore you and nothing gets done. The pre‑wash soap the staff sprays on the vehicle before entering the wash doesn’t work. A proper brush and soap scrub is needed to actually remove the dirt. The tire shine also doesn’t provide good coverage. Overall, it’s a fair wash, but I expect better quality for the money I’m spending.

  Why are y'all often closing early? It's 7pm and you are not taking customers when you close at 8pm.

  Card readers don’t always work. “Helpful” attendant monitoring the card readers aren’t always helpful - but will always try to upsell you. One way in, one way out. No way to turn around if your card doesn’t read or if you don’t like the “new and improved” prices.

  I literally love good customer service and Dawson is just that person I really recommend it here their carwash vacuums are good and working, there’s nothing like a vacuum with no suction also they have specials sometimes when you sign up I also love affordable…
