  Dom was incredibly helpful in the whole process of getting a last minute rental through my insurance for a car repair. He went out of his way to accommodate me and even met me at the collision center. He was professional and the vehicle I got was clean and in great condition. Although a 7 seater vehicle was not available, he gave me an excellent car and will be helping switch me to the larger vehicle, definitely going above and beyond.

  This location can't get it together. They don't know their job is to move cars! I reserved online, based on my dropoff date with the body shop. They call to tell me they don't have any cars for that day. That they can have a car for me the next day. Ok. So I move my body shop appointment to the next day. I call back to confirm, no cars for 2 more days. Um Enterprise is in the business of moving cars to accommodate customer needs. Apparently the guy running this store missed that day of training. The guy gave the excuse that this location had been closed for 2 months and they didn't have any cars. Not the customers problem!

  Scammy. Returned a car during lunch time. The return wasn't processed until the following business day. Charged my card $35 for the extra day. Weeks later, it still has not been resolved. Will not use again.

  Avoid this place like the plague, terrible customer service and they don't have the vehicles they say they do.

  I called to see if they had any rentals available for an exchange and the representative was just rude and hung up in my face after I said thank you
