- MCmartin Cory5 days ago3.03 stars only because kid who worked on my car was nice and honest and he did great. He told me he took 8.5 quarts of oil out my car which only holds 5.9. Not good if true. I asked to speak with a manager but none where around!!!! To many kids working in this place. Some foul mouthed. I will not go back. Again, would have given 1 star except my tech was good. They didn't even show me air filter .

I sat with the e-vac in my engine for over 30 mins with no one coming to check it or add oil to my engine. There were only a few workers who stayed diligently working. It was so frustrating! It should not take over an hour to get an oil change. Next time, a back up plan is needed! I watched several employees walk around to the side of the building or worked in very slow motion. People who came in after me were serviced much quicker. Check your cameras! There are situations that arise but this was ridiculous. The manager in charger should not have to do it all.

Looked underneath, giant mess of oil spray all down the underside of vehicle. 2nd oil change, gave shop a second chance. Told them the issues during my first visit. Oil tech Said they would make sure it was clean and no oil would be dripping/ mess would be cleaned up. Never fails, same story. Oil spray all underneath the truck. Won’t be going back there with either vehicles. These kids don’t know what there doing. One oil change was 7.8 quarts then next was 8.5 quarts. Huge difference. Gonna crater someone’s vehicle.
