  Miriam was great!! She got to where I was early in the time set up and explained the entire process and got to working on my windshield. Did have a hiccup with the new calibration system, but it was windy outside. Very satisfied!! Excellent work!!

  I'm glad I chose Safelite to replace my cracked windshield. Setting up the appointment was very easy online. Communication was great with texts and a phone call from the technician the morning of my appointment. The service itself was well done.

  I will never use this safelite again, worst customer service ever. First they reschedule my appointment then the tech calls me when it's time for the next appointment to tell me he may not make it that day either. Completely unprofessional, if you have to reschedule for reasons on your side you should make it a point to be on time for the rescheduled time.

  Edit: I don’t know what the “owner” is talking about. The team did not reach out to me with a resolution to this. I have corporate involved and if they do not find a resolution, there will be a lawsuit. This place is a joke and the manager David is a liar and rude. Was told that I would be first call dispatched this morning (between 8am-9am) since they screwed up the initial install, then delivered the new glass broken, only to be called by the "technician" saying I was 3rd call out and that he would try his best to get to me by noon. After calling the store to find out why, the manager became belligerent and said that he would just cancel my appointment all together and refund me the money. I was fine with that because I do not want to do business with an establishment that promotes this type of leadership. After talking to corporate and dropping my truck off at a different windshield installation company, I get a call from the manager apologizing and saying that they can not refund me the money. Now I am dealing with this BS on a larger scale when all he had to do was uphold his end of the bargain and be professional. The new place I took my truck to also informed me that the reason I had issues to begin with is that they installed the wrong windshield. The manager at safelite confirmed that by saying they put my truck down wrong, even though they were provided with the VIN.
