- CHCory HeinzmanMar 16, 20265.0Let me tell you a story almost three years ago I was homeless in Midland Texas...I scraped and hustled and panhandled to get enuff money to go to Tennessee...the day before I was to leave and I still didn't have a ride to stripes to catch the bus... The mgr at pilot..Jesus allowed me a shower and a couple of his employees paid for my laundry...but still no ride.. I asked Jesus for a ride without hesitation he agreed... He had a shiny brand new truck... And where I was staying was dirt and it had rained hard the night before I was waiting for him to say something but he did not I loaded my stuff in his bed of his truck and off we went ...when we got to the stripes he gave 20$ and wished me luck.. no one has afforded what considered luxury things before.. he only knew from going in the store this man went above and beyond any calling to help me I will never forget his kindness today I'm back in Midland at his store it's windy and cold yet the mgr is out cleaning the gas pumps ..what an example for employees... Also which are kind and polite even when there unruly or thieving customers ..He will rise to top of the company I promise that thank you Jesus Oscar Andres Alex and the whole crew...if your in town come visit his store and say hi to him he is people person lol
- LLLMar 5, 20261.0This was a pretty rough and scary pilot. Building looks new and it’s run down already. I prefer loves but missed the exit and stopped here which i regret. Credit card at pump did not work. I had to go inside and employee was too lazy to run the counter and had everyone use the self checkout. Even if this took longer she refused to checkout at register and made people use self checkout. Bathrooms were not clean. Would not recommend this pilot at all. Tons of sketchy people outside and just a run down rough area.
