  I travel regularly for work and National is always the easiest and most pleasant experience. Except apparently for the branch in Midland, Texas. From the start Anessa refused to remove her headphones, was condescending, rude, and generally unpleasant. And it appears I’m not the only one to have this experience. The car was also dirty and in disrepair.

  I’ve never waited for a car for over 30 minutes. This is crazy. Note to sell to NOT go national next time I’m in midland.

  Beware, if you arrive on a late flight they most likely will not have your reserved car for you. You'll just receive an obvious untrue excuse that "the transporter didn't bring enough vehicles" How do I know it was bogus? Well, they had a stack of business cards for the local taxi service. Why would a company in the business of providing cars have the need for referring people to a taxi service unless they often don't have cars for their customers. Sounds like it's standard operating procedure! Worst part is that if you express your displeasure with their service, you'll get the "I don't like your attitude" response. Well, I didn't like their business practices, so I guess we agree there. Try Avis or Hertz, they have cars for their customers who reserve them.
