  Reserved a car 2 weeks in advance. Arrived early and said car wouldn't be ready til after 1700. Was called by Customer service said would be ready around 1300. That in fact was false. Arrived at 1700 ready to leave town and there is a ton of ppl waiting, 2 ppl working and a complete nightmare of a experience. I HIGHLY not recommending this location for ANY rental needs.

  Enterprise denied my Insurance paid rental vehicle because my check stubs have a mailing box address and not my physical address. I told them, of course my mail will go to my mailing address since I live in the country and I can’t receive mail there. They denied me because I receive my mail at a mailing address and not my physical address. I highly recommend Hertz off Wall Street in Midland Texas. They helped me out once I left enterprise

  This bunch of people are awesome the girl that helped me get my rental car knew what she was doing fast and friendly took about 10 minutes to pick it up when I dropped it off on Monday they were busy busy so I just left the keys they call me later had it checked in everything was great thank you so much for being a great business

  Very busy staff but they remain patient nonetheless. My attendant was helpful while I was sorting out a corporate credit card issue. Good option if MAF is out of cars.
