After I left I checked the ticket and saw I was charged for a cabin filter. No one ever opened a door. So, obviously no cabin filter was installed.i called back and talked to the white female who handled my car. She apologized and said I forgot. She said I’ll Put it in notes and we will change it next time you come in. Nothing was in notes, but they changed it anyway. I work security for my company, I am afraid she may have fraudulently been doing this regularly to company people.

Once in the bay, they got me taken care of so fast I didn’t have time to doom scroll! Luis and the crew were very professional and friendly…not in a “corporate” way, but in a very sincere and authentic way. Which of course is the only way that counts in my book. Will definitely use them again.
