  Edit: I don’t know what the “owner” is talking about. The team did not reach out to me with a resolution to this. I have corporate involved and if they do not find a resolution, there will be a lawsuit. This place is a joke and the manager David is a liar and rude. Was told that I would be first call dispatched this morning (between 8am-9am) since they screwed up the initial install, then delivered the new glass broken, only to be called by the "technician" saying I was 3rd call out and that he would try his best to get to me by noon. After calling the store to find out why, the manager became belligerent and said that he would just cancel my appointment all together and refund me the money. I was fine with that because I do not want to do business with an establishment that promotes this type of leadership. After talking to corporate and dropping my truck off at a different windshield installation company, I get a call from the manager apologizing and saying that they can not refund me the money. Now I am dealing with this BS on a larger scale when all he had to do was uphold his end of the bargain and be professional. The new place I took my truck to also informed me that the reason I had issues to begin with is that they installed the wrong windshield. The manager at safelite confirmed that by saying they put my truck down wrong, even though they were provided with the VIN.

  I initially took my car to the Safelite location off of Big Spring St in Midland. It took them 2 windshields and 2 additional broken parts over the course of 3 months to attempt to fix my windshield. They claimed they couldn’t calibrate it because of the type of car it is. (I drive an Audi S5) I’m not sure why they couldn’t calibrate it. They did my sister’s in law’s Escalade without any issue. Anyway, I ended up taking it to the Audi dealership (mind you this is 3 months later) so they could calibrate it for me. Turns out Safelite used an excessive amount of glue and never clipped my camera in correctly. So back to Safelite. We ended up switching to this location off of Hwy 191. I sent the service tech (I think his name is David) the video that Audi had provided me so they could see what they were getting into. David called me back right away and said he was confident they could fix it. Anyway, long story short, they got the job done!!! I will drive the extra 15 minutes to this location from now on!!! They did an excellent job! What ended up taking 3 months at the other location, these guys fixed in just a couple hours!!
