Go ahead and ask them for an upgrade, not only will they lie to you (about the available cars on the lot, that’s easily verifiable once you walk out to the lot) but they’ll rudely dismiss and belittle you. Spend the little bit extra and go with Hertz - you'll get nicer people, a nicer vehicle and a better experience. National —> I do not want some fake and vague corporate apology. I want you to verify you’ve actually trained your people to properly service customers.

Anessa was able to work through it with us. They got both of us into a car super fast. Will be renting from them again, and probably with be more prepared next time... maybe.
