  Renting from Enterprise is such a pleasant, seamless experience. I needed to extend my rental for one more day, and it's so much easier to get someone on the phone at Enterprise than it is anywhere else. And when it was time to return, Ms. Chi was so friendly & made the whole experience quick & easy.

  I never need a car rental but had to put my car in the service department for a recall. I was not happy with how busy this business type is and was having difficulty in finding availability. I had to extend my rental another week and the store hours were not listed online properly saying the store closed at 6:00pm on Saturday rather than 9:00 - 1:00pm. Sunday I made it in and Chinenye handled three customers before me plus nonstop phone calls with such expertise, grace and professionalism she raised my one star to a five plus! She is an outstanding representative for Enterprise. Glad to have been able to have had her assistance.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Rented from Enterprise Rent-A-Car in Odessa and had a smooth experience overall. The pickup process was quick, and the staff was professional and easy to work with. They explained everything clearly and got me on the road without a long wait, which I really appreciated. The vehicle was clean, ran great, and felt well-maintained. Returning it was just as simple — no hassle, no surprises. Solid customer service and a dependable rental experience. Would definitely use this location again when I need a car in Odessa.
