    Showed up at 5:30 pm to swap out into another car. They took my payment and then at 5:50 they tell me I’m on a DNR do not rent list, I originally got the car from the Frisco location store number FRISCO WEST 09EK.i had the rental from July 17th to October 28th as my truck was stolen and was wrecked so it needed repairs. During this time we have had some phone tag as you would call it since I work odd hours of the day and I do not leave my debit card unlocked, so the store would try to charge my card whenever it was they felt they needed to charge it and when they couldn’t charge it because it was locked. they would call 1-2 times and leave a message saying to call them back. So I would try to call them back several times and the phone would just ring and ring/ no answer. It would take several days to finally reach some one at the location to pay my bill. Now due mind I have a very busy work schedule and I don’t just sit down all day long where I can just keep calling enterprise to try and pay my phone bill, as I work in the oilfield and most days I work a night schedule so some times they would call me at 11-3 in the day when I’m sleeping, then at 4-6 when I wake up I would call them back; no answer of course. So this went on for the entirety of having the rental. Frisco store did request I go to midland location where is the city I work in to go renew the contract since it was turning into a long term rental as they call it, the midland store #(6561) denied and said that I don’t need to renew it, just return the rental back to Frisco store when I get home which is the area I reside in. So there’s some more miscommunications from their company as a whole, one store tell you one thing then the other store tell you something completely different. But I was just trying to do what they asked of me and rewrite the contract as they requested. Then up and to this past week they tried to call me twice and they sent one email! I tried to call them back no answer of course, I sent a responding email. I then get a email saying they’re gonna come pick up the vehicle from risk Management since they can’t answer their phones when I call to pay my bill. So yesterday I go to return the rental as they requested and get another vehicle, after they take the keys and take my payment they then tell me at 5:50pm I can’t rent another car because I’m on the (do not rent) list. Everybody in town closes at 6pm and nobody has a car to rent me and I’m left in the parking lot (on the streets) with no car since they couldn’t tell me before I came down to pay my bill, otherwise had they told me I would not be able to rent again after I pay my bill I would have had someone meet me there so I would have a ride. But no they didn’t tell me, I was left on the STREET!!!! with all my belongings while I made calls and arrangements for someone to come get me who was an hour away. All enterprise had to do was answer the phone when it rings or return calls within a timely manner, not days later!!! It’s embarrassing and humiliating to be put on the streets at 6pm in downtown midland when I don’t even live here and I have no family here just co workers somewhere within 100 mile radius. I am beyond very frustrated with Enterprise. Oh and after I pay my bill, the midland store then tells me I have to talk to Frisco and wait on them to close my ticket out before I can get a receipt!!!! They acted like they just couldn’t give me a receipt, like whyyyyyyyy!!!!!!

    What other choices do you have. Usually too expensive. Need a rent a wreck in this town.
