The company that hit me said they would cover all fees and cost after telling the manager I just need a total and something showing the total he argued with and said the at fault person doenst cover the deposit even after I had told him I have had this conversation with the company and they agreed no reason for him to argue and even drop off was a nightmare. They didn't wanna inspect it in front of me until I was instant that they do it just to cyma and make sure.

The lady who helped me was super friendly and helpful. I would want her as my associate again. After I returned the car I kept getting emails and calls asking how their service was. I thought it was weird and borderline harassing until I realized I hadn’t seen my headphones since the trip. I figured they were trying to get a hold of me to let me know that I did leave my headphones in the rental. I followed up the email and asked if they were there. I got a response that they did in fact have them but when I went to the location, they were no longer there!! I don’t want to think that one of their associates kept them but then why would they tell me they were there when they weren’t? Long story short, MAKE SURE YOU HAVE ALL YOUR PERSONAL ITEMS BEFORE YOU RETURN THE VEHICLE!!
