  Great experience at this location. Would highly recommend. Even though they were extremely busy when I picked up my rental, they were thorough and efficient. Next time I need a rental, this will be my go to. No question about it. Thank you guys!

  Won't take just any credit card, has to be "major", making it a hassle. Dude inside was rude, made me feel beneath him. Very dismissive. Do not recommend

  Renter beware !! I rented a car due to my car being in the body shop. I should have demanded someone come out and do a walk around of the vehicle. I will never make that mistake again. When I dropped the car off, still no walk around. I pulled it to the back and an employee moved it back to the front because I had asked for a ride to my car. They took me to my car in the car I rented. A few weeks later I get a damage report with photos showing hail damage. I spoke to the branch manager last week and informed him it didn’t hail while I had the vehicle. He told me how many miles I drove and said they were investigating surrounding areas for hail. I told him I didn’t take the car out of midland and that he could track in with the GPS. He said they don’t track their cars. Now they are telling me that they never said it was hail damage that it could have been from rocks falling off an over pass. These people have zero integrity. Trying to pass over $3,000 worth of damage onto me !
