Walked in, was ignored by Jennifer, then when I was finally acknowledged, she started cussing about returns. And continued cussing. Another manager came out so I went to him and told him about it. He said he'd take care of it. We'll he sent me out the door with 2 wrong size air filters. I will stick with O'Reilly.

- DSDebbi SkinnerSep 8, 20255.0i was greeted promptly by a smiling jennifer. she started my checkout for a car battery and sent me on to matt who would install the battery in my car. matt was a very personable young man who installed the battery in a timely manner while carrying on a pleasant conversation with me. i live on the southwest side of town but choose to go to this store on the northeast side simply because of the way i was treated on my first visit to buy windshield wiper blades. at that visit, i was impressed by the store manager but failed to get his name. he installed the wiper blades and i was on my way quickly. he was also great with the customer service aspect. i rely on the vast selection of products as well as the always helpful employees. thank you to everyone. debbi skinner midland tx
