  Please do not rent from here. I rented a vehicle back in December and a rock put a small crack in the windshield. I immediately texted a picture to the phone number of Alamo to let them know what happened. When I returned my keys, I asked them about it and they said I am good. 3 months later they send a bill in the mail for $820 dollars to replace the window. Die to then not letting me know that I will have to replace it when I returned my keys, and saying that I was good, my insurance company will not cover it due to it being outside the 90 day timeline. Because of poor communication, I have to pay out of pocket. If I could give zero stars I would.

  Simple pick up and drop off process. Reasonable price. Nice vehicle, really enjoy the ride!

  Couldn't get the rental with debit card.i prepaid through Priceline. Priceline tried to call alamo but the phone was out of service.

  Great customer service, quick and to the point which was perfect to start our stay. Nobody wants to start vacation with a bad experience which never happens when we rent with Alamo ! Our customer service agent was very kind and remembered us when we came back too which was a nice touch.
