  I had a great experience at this tire shop. The manager was incredibly helpful and took the time to really understand my situation. They made sure my car was fixed properly without any issues, which gave me a lot of peace of mind. What impressed me the most was their dedication—they even stayed after hours to continue working on my car until everything was taken care of. That level of customer service is hard to find these days. I truly appreciate their effort and would highly recommend this shop to anyone in need of reliable and honest service.

  Don is sucha a great employee but im sure you all know that, he's very gentle and understanding, has great empathy and helped me right away, overall I want to make mavis my place for upgrading my car! please make sure you see this cause Don deserves it all and the other workers there are pretty respectful and they just were chefs kiss on my car, my tire cover did come off after driving after they patched it up a bit so I will be back see you soon !

  Thank you for the excellent customer service Don. You are the reason that I will continue to use Mavis for my car needs. Here is why. Yesterday I needed to check my AC system and went to another Mavis location to get it checked out. I wanted a hour just to be told that their machine was not in service. I finally got my car back after 90 minutes total of waiting 😡😡😡😡. They did call around to refer me to the Mesquite store. It was extremely inconvenient for my scheduling. I reluctantly went to Mesquite and was pleasantly surprised. Don greeted me at the door and the rest was history. His communication, patience, and education was pleasant definitely felt genuine. Don and team were able to diagnose and fix the issue before they closed. The Mesquite location will always be my first choice moving forward. Thank you again!

  Daughter blew out a tire. And of course she doesn't have a good working spare tire. Her spare has a cracked rim. But the tire is good. After calling around and getting the run around. I called MAVIS tires and brakes. Without hesitation they took good tire on bad rim and mounted and balanced tire onto the rim that had a blow out. They didnt charge me a dime.. Didn't have to wait forever either I've picked up several business cards and will be passing them around. Thanks Don and crew your the best and have earned my business. Raymond Audette

  Amazing service! Don was helpful, knowledgeable & honest! When I brought my suv in & explained the two issues I was having, he inspected the vehicle & then showed me what the problem was for both. For one, he even recreated the noise I was hearing by moving the exact parts making the noise. Said he believed in “show & tell”. He also was honest & let me know it’s not an urgent or unsafe thing that needed to be fixed right away. The other issue was for my ac, showed me there was no leak & that the refrigerant needed filling. He filled it & my ac had never been colder! I was in & out of there quickly! Thank you Don!
