  Ryan and Adriana are top notch! They answered every question I had and got my vehicle in and out in no time. As a second time genesis owner I couldn’t recommend Genesis of Mesquite enough.

  I had an excellent experience with my service advisor, Ryan Campbell. I scheduled a last-minute appointment and was still able to get my car serviced the same day. Everything went smoothly, no issues at all. The customer service and professionalism were outstanding. Ryan made sure all my needs were taken care of, and I truly appreciated the attention and support. Highly recommend!

  I would absolutely recommend my family and friends to Genesis specifically Genesis of Mesquite because of both the exceptional staff and the product itself. The team made the entire experience seamless, professional, and genuinely enjoyable. On top of that, I’ve been extremely impressed with my Genesis GV80. The level of luxury, design, and attention to detail has exceeded expectations. Every person who has seen or ridden in the vehicle has been genuinely surprised, in the best way. The reaction is almost always the same: they don’t expect that level of refinement and quality from Genesis until they experience it firsthand. It’s clear the brand is elevating itself in a major way, and between the product and the people at Genesis of Mesquite, it makes recommending them an easy decision.

  After looking over paperwork and discussing things with a consultant firm, I’ve realized that Clay Cooley’s dealership screwed me and took advantage of me as a female. I’ll explain why. First, I was a top tier customer per my credit score and qualified for the lowest interest rate offered with the special in 2023 of a 3.99% interest rate. Terry took $15k from me as a down payment that I didn’t need to pay! Also, the finance manager never gave me paperwork to take home and I never signed any documents and told me I can get them later. When I came back to the dealership and asked for my papers, I still wasn’t given all of them, like my bill of sale, etc AND when I realized what they had on the truth in lending document, they increased my interest rate to 4.49% and had the sale price of the car as over $60k in hen the price tag was only $55.3k. I’m so pissed off at the crooked sales practices and will NEVER do business with them again! I want my down payment back!! Stay away from here if you’re a single woman.

  Terry, Luz, Axcel, Ryan finance as well as Ryan the floor manager started off making my purchase of the amazing Genesis GV80 amazing! The vehicle is second to none in class as well as luxurious, that being said the experience of working with such caring people, saintly people is more than a pleasure when the choice is some AI or internet sales app. The personal touch is so special!
