  I’ve been in the rental since March 26 I believe and I’ve been having the same rental and I came here one day for the tire needing to be changed. They sent me to a tire shop. They changed it but the following morning I was stuck on the side of the highway with the following night. I was stuck on side of the highway then I come up here to get another rental after them having to be bring a rental to my house because the tire is the problem again the worst one is I’ve been stuck in Frisco since 12 o’clock last night. I have half a rental for quite some time and I have not fully operated this rental in the last three days because of entire issue I also got the car detail. I tried to get them to get me into another Tucson however, the manager didn’t wanna pay or reimburse me the $50 that I paid for my detail which I can prove that I did the detail he didn’t wanna pay me that $50 so he put me back in the same car and now I’m stuck on the side of the highway at. I just made it home at 4 o’clock this morning cause I’ve been stuck in Frisco on the side of the highway because I have another flat. This is beyond unacceptable I don’t know if the district manager or the regional manager read this but somebody better read this review that I have and contact me ASAP because I’m stealing this rental. I spent my whole day yesterday waiting on this rental to come from the discount tires and for me to have the same problem repeatedly all because you didn’t wanna give me my $50 that I did in detail so put me back in the same car with the same problem. I need credit for the days that I have not utilize this vehicle, I have been missing things that I need to get done. This is just beyond unacceptable and I really hope the district manager or somebody to get this because this is way beyond unacceptable.

  They’re using up most of Chipotles parking lot to store their cars, messing up my lunch plans. Highly unprofessional. They even blocked reviews in the Google Maps app to try and avoid this 1 star rating.

  My car was totaled at the fault of another driver so I had to use a rental here through the other party’s insurance. Workers? Nice, professional good customer service but that really tall black manager with dreads? Horrible customer service and very rude even when speaking over the phone. Just horrible

  They need to bring Brooke back the new tall black (I can say this because I’m black too) manager with dreads don’t have good customer service no true knowledge of anything no real help bland dry demeanor not inviting condescending made my process very difficult when it’s typically smooth easy

  From doing everything on line, was simple and easy. Going to the office was a breeze. Customer service was great. Thank you, Chris and the other associates. Returning it was simple and fast Chrysler makes a great mini van.
