So it had to be entered twice. Not a mistake. When tried to call the location multiple multiple times, no answer. Phone just rings and rings. Still not resolved.

They told me that it was my Mercedes dashboard that's the problem. So I left only to come back. 3 more times. Still couldn't figure it out. So I took it to the store on onwood and they immediately found out it was the bottom corners of the molding. If it hadn't been for the inwood safelight I would have been stuck with a very loud drive and my windshield wouldn't have been repaired properly.

Nader also was very helpful in the next steps to take if the work was to my satisfaction. He has done a great job and I had no issues concerning the job he has done. I will recommend anyone and everyone for Nader and safelite as a whole for work needing done involving glass repair. I also love the fact that I didn’t have to leave my home. The work completed was under the price I had to pay for my deductible. So cheap and efficient work done right the first time. Thank you safelite and to my technician, Nader!

This replacement was less expensive then the one three years ago, wow. Service was great. I set every thing up online for the next afternoon. The next morning, Safelite called and asked if I could bring it in that very morning and I did. I was out of there in an hour and a half. Very happy with my service. Hopefully I won't need them again, but if I do I'll go straight to Safelite.

I brought my car to Safelite Auto Glass in Mesquite 2 months ago in August to have my windshield replaced and as of today, I still have a broken windshield. Manager Chris Alba personally gave me his direct contact information and assured me that the replacement glass would arrive “that week.” That was weeks ago, and despite multiple attempts at follow-ups, I’ve been completely ignored. It’s incredibly disappointing that a business can take the insurance payment and then fail to complete the service or even provide a basic update. The only way to get in touch with anyone at the shop is to be there in person. The only reason I didn’t give this location 1 star is because my past two experiences here were handled professionally. I wanted to be a repeat customer but unfortunately, this recent experience has completely eroded my trust in their customer service and accountability. AGAIN, AVOID AT ALL COST.
